Every year the MACC presents our annual Lifetime Achievement Award to one local community member, as well as our Citizen and Business of the Year Recognition Awards to one local citizen and one local business. The awards are presented to the citizens and the business which best embody the spirit that makes Moorcroft such a great place to live. We're extremely proud of the residents and merchants of Moorcroft and it is our great honor to present these very special awards.

2024 MACC Citizen of the Year:
Toni Kornemann

Toni pictured with her siblings, Dee, Pam, and Justen.

Toni comes from a long line of ranchers, dating back many generations in the Moorcroft area. For years, she has been the manager at Coffee Cup Fuel Stop. In all the big and small ways, Toni works hard to support our community. From youth sporting events to fellow local businesses, she is always the first to step up and lend a hand.

When Toni isn't spending her time working or volunteering, you can catch her on the golf course practicing her swing.

2024 MACC Business of the Year:
Rush Creek Properties & Rentals

Rush Creek Properties and Rentals owner, Heidi Blakeman, working diligently on one of the many homes she maintains.

Since 2013, Rush Creek Properties and Rentals has been providing affordable, comfortable homes for Moorcroft residents. Heidi Blakeman, lifelong resident of Moorcroft, has done an incredible job at recognizing a need and making it a reality for our community.

Rush Creek Properties can be seen sponsoring and helping out at multiple events held throughout the Moorcroft area and we are lucky to always have their support!

2024 MACC Lifetime Achievement Award:
Marge Reed

Marge Reed chose to raise her family in Moorcroft many years ago. In that time, she has been a huge advocate for local youth sporting events and clubs. In most recent years, you can find her doing her part in keeping Moorcroft beautiful! She spends countless hours in the community garden, working in her yard, and maintaining the flower beds around town. Marge has been an incredible asset to the Chamber with her help planning the Harvest Festival, always helping with Clean Up Day, Jubilee Days, and countless other activities. Many of our events would not be what they are today without Marge's assistance and determination. You are appreciated, Marge!
