Each year local citizens and high school groups take a morning and clean the town. People come together to pick up trash along roadways, there is a place to take old appliances, old oil, old tires, etc. Volunteers also clean yards, trim trees & bushes, and haul all the gathered garbage to the dump in trailers for the elderly residents in town.
This years event will be held in place of the Spring Clean Fling and the date will be determined and posted here later.
